The customer service at this location is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in greeting and ensuring your fast and accurate service. After my 1st, Millie has greeted me with an authentic smile and enthusiasm that has ensured my weekly visits. Most recently, the addition of Jennifer has secured my patronage. If owners of a business are looking for a business model, please stop at this location to be pleasantly surprised. Great job team!
Another classic example of Why The Heck Were We The Only People In Here? Our lunch plans got cancelled so we ended up here with me cranky so I was not expecting to like it so much. You know how with most fast casual places you walk in and the employees hate you and their lives? These were the FRIENDLIEST people ever! Had us sampling soups and putting out their recs. My caprese sandwich was amazing, I can actually say I'll crave it again. I might get another soup next time because this one was good but not anything I haven't had before. Thank you Zoup for saving our cranky afternoon :)
I ordered the soup & sandwich combo w/ Seafood chowder & Turkey Bacon Club. It was good. The ingredients tasted fresh. The sandwich bread was soft, not soggy. The chowder was warm and savory. Well portioned. I'm satisfied. Perfect meal for a yucky rainy day.
Delightful experience! The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the different kinds of soups, and let me sample some of them. Wayne was especially friendly! The ones I sampled were really yummy, but I ultimately went with the loaded potato soup. It was sooooo good
Got Zoup for a quick lunch, I had never been here before so I was really excited to see that we could sample soups before ordering! The workers were very nice and patient while I did. The inside kind of reminds me of a subway, I think most people here takeout but there's nice spots to sit down and eat and it was all very clean. I thought the soup was pretty good, the grilled cheese dippers were really good too although a bit greasy for me, but only giving four stars because I felt like it was just a bit overpriced
The staff at Zoup seem to always be on top of things when it comes to my orders. Whether it's something as simple as a single order of soup, or an order for myself and friends. Always welcoming and efficient, but most importantly, accurate with my 'special orders' accommodating my dislike of onions on their Toscana sandwich. Highly recommend their variety of soup flavors, especially their chicken fajita paired with a southwest turkey sandwich. Scrumptious!! And if you're on a lunch break, their dining room is spacious and well kept with great level of background music to enjoy your dine-in experience.
Clean store and quick service! The chicken parmesan soup was good but the Italian wedding with chicken meatballs is AMAZIING! Who doesn't love good soup with a hunk of french bread to dip in it?! The lemonade is really good too. I wish they'd bring back the chicken jalapeño soup! Haven't seen since last season. It's my favorite, i swear it's magic and has healing powers!
